Question:

I also have been told by the heating contractor that it was aainst the code to run ducts to the garrage from my forced air furnace. Are you sure about that you can do this.

Answer:

If its not legal, there has to be a way around it because I've inspected a lot houses over the years with single heating units and commercially, all kinds of office space (medical, admin. etc.)along with high rise apartments are heated along with parking spaces that are all in the same structure.
