Question:

Why do windows with low E and argon gas form condensation on the glass outside? The windows are new PVC, both fixed and casement condense. The condensation does not damage the window but it looks like the window is failing. Please tell my wife it is OK and working fine.

Answer:

This is nothing to worry about. It concerns the rate of temperature change between the glazings but I don't know the scientific explanation for it.
