Question:

I have a 40 year old house and I am freezing in the winter. I believe that the walls are not properly insulated, how can I insulate them ? Very drafty!!!

Answer:

I would recommend that those wall be insulated with a product called Icynene, which is a pour in place foam which would get injected into walls, filling all the voids. This product would create an incredible air barrier and would provide an r-value the same as fiberglass throughout that wall. Not to mention it incredible health aspects.
