Question:

What is the best way to deal with dusty, old pink fiberglass insulation which has been stuffed between the studs of my laundry room? It is only on interior walls. I am asthmatic and worry about all the irritating dust and fibres that will be released if I remove it. Should I just cover it?

Answer:

You can either cover it or hire someone to take it out but don't stick around because the dust (glass fibre and other impurities) will be in the atmosphere for some hours after it has been disturbed.
