Question:

we have a large lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the ceiling is starting to mildew. Is there a paint that will stop that. any renovation is imposible due to the fact that we rent.

Answer:

And a lack of ventilation will prevent you from applying a paint job that will last. The room must be dried out and only then can you paint it properly.
