New townhome closure day November 1, 2004; Oil-like smell in upstairs bathroom past 4 months or so. About 1.5 months ago a leakage from this bathroom to lower level bathroom occurred, with no water on floor. It was repaired last month,apparently grout needed repair, but bad oil-like smell continues, perhaps worse. Really toxic-like smell.
