I recently had an outside cement window sill replaced. The workers left behind a fair bit of excess mortar slop on the surrounding bricks. Can you suggest a product (brand name or generic) that will remove it. The stiff wire brush doesn't quite do it.

I do not deal in brand names but there are biodegradeable products on the makret to do this for you. Check at your local paint store for them. I hope you haven't paid them yet.
