Question:

How to repair cracks in foundation walls using method with fibreglass sheets. I believe I heard this on your radio program one time.

Answer:

Foundation wall cracks can often be repaired with an auto body fibreglass patch kit. Clean the masonry off very well and span it with a sheet of the fibreglass mesh that comes in the kit and apply the liquid adhesive to it. It dries very quickly and then it can be covered with tar and backfilled. It is important to clean the masonry off very well before applying anything to it.
