I have been put in charge to find contractors to bid on various projects in our Co-op. These projects involve the installation or revamping of washroom fans, and the installation of turbine roof vents on 87 town house units. (one per unit for now)I have a tender form prepared but have no idea just how to go about sending it to appropriate contractors. Obviously a contractors gazette might be an option, but where and which one? Or is there an association that could submit the tender form?.

I suggest you get in touch with your local Home Builders' Association and they'll provide you with a list of contractors (subs) who would certainly be interested in this sort of thing.
