I had my driveway paved with concrete in July. The contractor poured the concrete and began smoothing it out to a broom finish. As they were finishing the job it started to rain heavily. They had to stop and cover the unfinished driveway unitl the rain stopped. There were heavy down pours on and off throughout the afternoon until they finished at 6:00pm. I was reassured that the rain would not affect the concrete. I waited 30 days to seal my driveway. The finish was rough and the lines from the plastic tarp they used to cover the driveway to keep it dry had shown through. My driveway is now pitting and flaking. I have a 1 year warranty. I called the contractor to come out and see his work. I'm still waiting for a response.
