I am in the process of repainting my home. I have painted all of the ceiling and now is the time for the walls. I am a fairly good painter, but I always have problems "cutting" at the top edge of the wall where it meets the ceiling. What is the proper technique to use when doing this?
Answer:
I prefer using a window sash brush (sloped) and it seems to work very well but even with a lot of care, sometimes, I have to do a bit of wiping off. Painting is not really my thing!
