My 10 year old house has cedar siding. On the north wall the stain is in fair condition but the boards have tiny black spots (mould) and I would like to wash the wall and put on a fresh coat of stain. What do I wash it with?

There are wood washes on the market and they're available at your local paint supply outlet. They do a good job but you have then to wait until everything is good and dry before applying another finish coat.
