Question:

Thanks for reply below regarding waiting six months prior to painting a concrete floor. The concrete floor has been in for two months. Can I paint the concrete floor now and re-paint the spots that don't adhere properly in six months? I assume this does not do any damage to the concrete.

Answer:

Good try! Water in the concrete may not come to the surface all at one time and in given spots. I would not dare to try what you suggest because repainting as you suggest, will show up for the life of the floor as spotty.
