I have the laminate top. It is dark brown with gold. Hard to keep clean. Shows dust terrible. Would like to paint Or something to cover it. It is about 40 feet total.

Answer:

Your least expensive solution will be to paint it but make sure you follow the instructions on the paint container to the letter or it won't last.
