I am starting on a total interior re-paint. I have used a painters tape that says it has an anti-bleed edge to cover vinyl window frames and the already painted baseboards. But, I am experiencing bleed through. What could I be doing wrong and what is the best way to remove the small bits of bled paint on the vinyl window frames.
Answer:
The paint spots will come off by carefuly scraping them but try not using any tape at all - it takes just as long but at least you save a bit of money and don't have to worry about the bleeding.
