My father does not have access to the web and because I love him, I am doing this on his behalf...*S* First, he would like to know if there is a paint that can be used on cushioned linoleum flooring? Second, what is it? Third, where can he find some? We live an hour from Kingston & Ottawa Ontario so if he has to travel to a larger city to purchase, that is a possibility!

Such a paint exists and if you go to a paint store rather than an everything store, they'll tell you all about it. I saw it at the Ottawa home show some three years ago and it seemed to work quite well.
