Question:

I have a new home and there is drywall cement hardened on concrete floors and wooden stairs. What is the best way to remove it?

Answer:

It will just chip off the concrete with a putty knife and it will do the same thing from the steps but in this case you'll have to wash without detergent after the bulk of it is gone.
