Top > Plaster & Drywall > Flood

Question:

We recently discovered a water stain in the corner of our dining room which is directly under the upstairs shower stall. We realize we will have to remove the damaged part of the ceiling (approx. 1' x 1') to be able to determine where the leak is coming from. Who would we call to not only fix the plumbing but also repair the stippled ceiling?

Answer:

Any handyman can do both but be prepared for the whole ceiling to be re-textured because there is no way anyone can even come close to matching the pattern you have there.
