I have a 10 year old house with air conditioning and no air exchanger. And I have streaks all over the house on the walls about from waist height to the floor. What do you think is the problem.

My first suspision has to do with the lack of a vapour barrier over the insulation. Air moving equipment shouldn't have anything to do with this sort of thing.
