Some weeks ago I was listening to your show and you gave a recipe for removing moss from roofs. You said to get some zinc strips and place them on the roof under the top row of shingles. We have a lot of trees that shade our roof and I was very grateful for this information. The only problem is that I have been to the various retailers and some do carry a product but none of them had ever heard of anything like this. Where can I buy these zinc strips? My roof is getting mossier by the day.

This is a zinc strip that appears to be available only on demand from the manufacturer in Chicago (I believe) and when I track down the phone number again, I'll broadcast it on the show. They have a toll free line but at this moment I haven't been able to find it.
