Question:

I have just purchased my first home, (and am not very good with all the proper terms )and my representative has noted that i will need to caulk the attic entrance and all along the roof line (as it was never done). I understand why it needs to be done, but have no clue in how to do it, and what i will need to do it. As well, I am not very handy and would appreciate any tips to make the job easier.

Answer:

I see no need to caulk an attic entrance and there is not place along the roof line that normally needs caulking so you might want to be a bit more specific.
