My lawn mower sprayed motor oil on the outside of my garage parging. The parging is about 1 year old. What is the best way of removing the oil stain?

I would soak a wipe rag in WD40 and keep it pressed against the stain for a few hours with a leaning rock or some such and then was it away with the garden hose. What stays behind will be looked after by the sun.
