Question:

I followed your instructions and nothing changed, as a matter of fact there are stains from the WD40. I waited 5 hours before washing with the hose. Is there another method that I can apply? I am a frequent listener to your program. I have found it very informative and have used it many times. Keep up the excellent work.

Answer:

Any time I've tried this with concrete it has worked so I'm suspecting that either the oil has something extra in it or that the concrete was treated with something in the past. I'd sure like to know how you get rid of it and about the best suggestion I have is for you to get in touch with a local masonry supply outlet and talk to them about it.
