Question:

Could you please tell me how long I should wait before I apply a sealer on my garage floor (concrete) and driveway (asphalt) also what kind of sealer would you recommend. I had my car rustproofed a week ago, I parked it in my garage yesterday and it dripped a couple spots on the concrete, do you have any suggestions on how to remove the oil stain?

Answer:

The floor shouldn't be sealed until it has gone through at least two seasons. The stain should come off with a good application of WD40. Spread kitty litter or sawdust on it to keep it damp for a couple of days and then you should be able to clean it off with the garden hose.
