I will use Lacquer thinner to clean the drywall which is painted with Latex paint. Howver, second part of my question referred to Cushon Floor. Can I use the same lacquer thinner to clean the floor? Will this thinner damage the floor?

If you feel at all unsure of it, try using contact cement neutralizer (sp?) because I think its a diluted form of lacquer thinner. I don't think though that the thinner will damage the floor unless you use a lot of it and leave in contact with the vinyl for minutes at a time.
