We live in Belleville On. and have our house up for sale. Two months ago, in the evening ( We live on a main street in B. with sidewalks on both sides)some kids ran by and "egged" our house- I'm sure just for kicks. In the meantime, there is a big blotch of hardened egg still clinging to the brick on the front of the house. I've scrubbed it 3 times with a brush, soap and water, but it still is there. I'd like to get rid of it asap.
Answer:
There is a good bio degradeable masonry wash on the market and it does a very good job. Be prepared though because if your house is not new, the bricks you wash off will not show the eathering that those around them do so youl'll experience a slight colour differnce.
Remember, even if you don’t do your own work around the house have to hire someone, you put yourself at a great advantage when you can intelligently discuss a project with the various trades people.
