Can you tell me how to sharpen the blade of a paper cutter? It's one of those flat base cutters with the heavy handle. Ohhhhhh, you know what I mean! I use it for crafts but it's starting to tear instead of cut. Any solutions? Please email reply. Thanks. Terry

If its tearing, you may have to just use a stronger spring to hold the blade against the metal guide. If that doesn't work, about the only one I know who would have the appropriate equipment would be someone who sharpens ice skates.
