Question:

I am having a 24x24' addition built to my home in a few weeks. I have heard you talking about crawl space ventilation but I can never hear your entire answer since I listen at work on Saturdays. How many vents would I need for that size and what type of vent should be used?

Answer:

Something that size I think would take at least a square foot on each wall. Make them operational so you can close them off with weather stripped doors for winter.
