Does the resin injected epoxy work on poured basement walls that have cracks? If I finish my basement, would it be a good idea to build the walls 2-3 feet off the poured wall?

Actually, the epoxy injection works very well but before I started finishing a basement, I'd want to know why the cracks are there and whether there'll be water in the basement in the future.
