The form-tie holes in one of my basement walls are leaking at winter thaw time. I have heard of various techniques other than digging down the outside of the wall and tarring it. Polyurethane injection and epoxy injection seem to be discussed quite often these days and I am wondering if you can provide details, techniques, reccomendations and products best suited for my basement leaks.
Answer:
I've patched them before with a simple injection of silicone caulking compount. You might want to take a 1/4" concrete bit and drill a 2" deep hole first.
