Question:

I listen to you on NTR (650) Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Love your show, & wish you were coming to Saskatoon . We bought 30 km from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. The house is a single story bungalow of about 1100 sq. ft. with full basement, very sturdily built back in 1963. We installed a bathroom in the basement, with a shower, toilet & vanity. Now we have gradually been having strange things happen to both toilets and our plumber seems at a loss, except to do adjustments that are only temporary fixes. The newer toilet on main floor sometimes keeps on running very slowly. The basement toilet (old one, newly installed) occasionally drains out completely, and we are greeted with horrendous sewer gas smell in the house
