Does your opinion still stand if there are no signs of any moisture problems ?
Answer:
Yes it does because I know you and I don't drink but we each have a friend? relative? a? who can't cross the floor without spilling his rum and coke and no matter how well we clean it up, some sugar remains. This is the first thing creepy crawlies hone in on and there is just enough there to feed them into a proliferating frenzie. Who needs it? I guess what I'm saying is that sooner or later, moisture is going appear and there is nowhere for it to go but into the under"PAD" until sooner or later it becomes a problem - in short, I'm promted by cowardice but its been working for about a half a century so why argue with it!
