I was reading an article in the "CAPITAL STYLE" identifying you as the home improvement GURU. I'm planning on replacing my patio door before the end of October. I spoke with a so call expert at the store who told me there is no significant difference between the low-E/argon and the cheaper model when it comes to insulated value. What do you think oh great guru? I will have it install also.

I don't know that being a Guru or expert is exactly where anyone wants to be but the low E/argon windows have a proven track record and a very positive one at that so I would certainly be willing to pay extra for them.
