What do you mean outside sheet? The poly I have put on the outside? You mean not to have it sealed too tight?

Answer:

Yes, the outside sheet. When you put poly over a window it should be on the inside and instead of attaching it to the window, it should go onto the plaster around the window trim because about 40% of air exfiltration takes place there.
