Question:

on a property that is thirty feet deep that has a 5% grade how much of a slope is this going to be? Is there any way of knowing how many inches or feet the drop will be?

Answer:

Even an inch will give run-off the opportunity to drain but there are laws against changing grade of a whole lot without permission from your local building authority.
