After heavy, sustained rainfall I have a trace of water on the foundation wall that comes out below the electrical panel. I suspect it comes from where the electrical supply enters the basement wall from the outside. I plan to dig outside to see where the leak may be coming from. I would appreciate any advice you may have on sealing this leak --- what to use etc.

I've repaired these with a fibreglass auto body patch kit and that seems to hold quite well. Make sure the surface is very clean before applying.
