My son while housesitting washed my no wax floor and applied an acrylic wax to it but instead of being shiney it is now dull and streaky. How do I remove this wax safely without damaging the no wax finish underneath?

You'll hve to find out from the wax manufacturer about cleaning it off without damaging the finish on the floor. They should have a web site and you can contact them directly. Do not try neutralizing it without finding out because you can do long-term damage.
