I have a walkout basement. I have a deck off of the first floor and would like to use the space underneath the deck for a patio and Hottub. What product would I attach under the deck to prevent water from coming through and directing the water it elsewhere? I will obviously need a product that allows for ventilation. Thanks in advance for your help.

It would be far more practical to cover the deck with an impermeable flooring and then use rain gutters to direct the water to where you want it.
