My neighbour has just had a PVC deck installed. Deck floor is PVC clad composite material, Supports are PVC clad pressure treated lumber. Apart from the obvious pro's of maintenance free, attractive appearance, etc. - are there any con's with this type of decking?

About the only con I can think of is the use of PT lumber because research that's been done recently shows that we shouldn't be using it.
