We are looking for someone who can be on retainer basis to visit the house- it is townhome in centrepoint area, and check once or twice a year all the electrical connections, appliances etc to see they are functioning normally. We do not have any knowledge in thsi field and wondering if you accept these kind of assignments and if yes what would be the retainer.
