Question:

Hello, We are looking to get an idea about likely costs to lift 3 - 20x20 wood frame/siding cottages that are currently sitting on blocks. We have been told by our building inspector that these cottages need to be raised as the wooden support beams are resting too low to the ground and current height does not allow enough air flow to ensure the structure won't deteriorate. Are you able to give us a ballpark figure of how much this endeavor is likely to cost us? Thank you! Ralph & Linda Bramer

Answer:

Hi there Mr. & Mrs. Bramer To raise and lower the two cottages will be approximatly $ 4,000.00 each. Thanks Tony
